HOPING & HOPPING, DAY 13: Easter Really Hopped On By

Monday, April 13, 2020

Thanks for all the comments from new friends and of course thanks for those from "old" friends too!

I listened to the Bocelli performance later than when it was live, but was glad it was still up! It was beautiful. He sang Amazing Grace in english and it melted me! Hubby told me that while he sang Amazing Grace they showed the empty streets of many leading cities all over the world. I got chills when he sang "was Blind But, now I see." He sang with such emphasis and he is blind of course.I was still doing yoga when it finished and they played a concert of his in Central Park and he sang with Selene dionne (sp?) and it was beautiful. when they finished he thanked her by name and she said thank you to the crown and to New york. Then he thanked her by name again and still she said nothing. Maybe she is one of those people who are afraid to talk to a blind person or thinks they have to speak louder so we can hear them!

Going to my chiro tomorrow. Wearing my mask. Hope he keeps his mouth shut and doesn't wish anyone dead. He did last time and well.... It upset me very much!

ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE:
*1* Spark Friend: so grateful for all, but very grateful for quite a few and too many to name, but I think you know who you are!Always love your comments.
*2* Yoga. Good for my lower back pain!
*3* People who must work during this pandemic. While I am grateful for all of the scientists, doctors, nurses and all medical people, I am even more grateful for the every day people who are going to factories, dealing with customers who can't find what they want or need and have to make sure people are practicing a safe distance and, and, and! Also the poor guys who have to pick up the rubber gloves and masks that people toss on the ground in parking lots. I thought we all knew to givea hoot but apparently not!
*4* Thankful for a family friend who passed away on Good Friday at the age of 102!! He was a WWII vet, a fun person, could cook like you wouldn't believe and was still getting around up until he died. He went to church every day. The Pope sent him a beautiful document when he turned 100 and he said "I bet not many people get one of these"! LOL!
*5* Sassy & Hubby. My Sweet Peas!
Howl-Dee Dog Pals!

Slept too much today and messed up my routine. But, I stuck to my exercise routine and managed 3 meals today even tho 1 was ate in a half sleep stupor!

Hope your day was good as it can be!

Melissa, well that is good about the tests for the tigers not being compatible for humans. Still, I tink someone in Charlotte’s husband’s case needs to be tested even without a fever. All people are different. I run a very low body temp and when it is 99 I know I’m sick and often have to fight with doctors/nurses for them to believe me even when I feel awful! Sorry!! Rant! Should’ve warned ya! Congrats on being Doggie of the Day!

Debbie—I was doing a 31 day program an I just kept on doing it…. I missed a day, but started on that day and continued for the 1 extra day. But, I wasn’t planning on doing a new program the following month. Not sure what your plans are. Oh! You can definitely get sore from yoga! It is relaxing, but it is also strength work! And, some of those position Adrienned does make me hurt just listening to them! LOL!

OK, I’m heading for bed!
