Hi it’s been a long time since I’ve done a blog.
I’ve been laid off from work due to the virus since March 16 and since then I’ve been eating whatever whenever no exercise and it’s showing.
I’ve gained weight major inches I feel disgusting. My eating is absolutely out of control.
I just started working out again this week after months of not doing it.
I’ve been taking daily walks with my dogs and I get out of breath my lower back hurts when I walk which hasn’t happened in years. When did I stop caring?? How do I start to lose?? All I want to do is eat. I’m netflixing at least 8 hours a day.
