One step at a time. I know. I know I am my worst critic. I have activity ok. Monday-Friday participating with small group on speaker phone yoga for an hour. It keeps me grounded. No gym so..... Before covid 19, I headed for gym before or after yoga. Didn't come home first. Had to get it done or I just didn't do so after yoga at home today, dressed warm and walked for an hour. I feel good about that. Think I need to do that routine Monday-Friday. We need to reinvent workouts. My yoga speaker phone has a time slot and that really keeps me grounded. Now, to work on my eating. I was out of country for 39 days on vacation before all this happened so I relaxed my eating habits a little. Still got fruits and veggies in etc but desserts or drinks???? Well, now it's been 3 weeks in shelter in place. Not easy. Don't tell me to not have stuff in house because I shop for a month right now and some is going to be in house. I'm not only one living here. I'm thinking maybe set up schedule throughout day to keep busy and not do stress eating. Anyway, working on. Embarrassed with my eating issue too. Gained a few pounds in 3 months time. Anyway, how is everyone else doing?
