A fresh start. In so many ways.
We've sold our lake house and are now living in a small rv in the woods while our house is being finished. The separation/isolation suggestions/orders are a difficult transition for some, but we've discussed that and are finding it not so difficult. We are in a transition anyway, so another temporary order of life is not so disruptive. The house is slowly coming together and we hope to be moving into it in May.
Another fresh start is the beginning of the Spring 5% Challenge. I have lost some weight in all the craziness thus far, and I am hoping to build on that to continue to lose.
Another fresh start is my plan to write DAILY goals. One of the LTGL sections this time is following a daily schedule; fits right in with my daily goals plan.
This time, my schedule is:
By 6 a.m. I want to be up, dressed, finished my meditation, and starting my devotions.
By 9 a.m. I want to have finished devotions, finished breakfast.
By 10 a.m., I want to have taken my first walk.
By noon, I want to have taken 2 or 3 walks.
By 1 p.m., I want to have finished lunch.
By 3 p.m., I want to have finished chores--breakfast/lunch dishes, sweeping, tidying, writing notes/emails, and another walk
By 5 p.m., I want to have started or planned dinner. And maybe another walk.
By 7 p.m., I want to have finished dinner, helped hubby clean up/wash dishes.
By 9 p.m., I want to be getting ready for bed--listening to calming music/white noise, reading, and no more social media.
By 10 p.m., lights out.
