Another Sparker blogged that she is looking forward to starting the 5% Challenge. This is a good time for challenges. Most of us have more time to cook. We also have more opportunity to gain weight because the change in our routine can lead us to the kitchen more often than when we are busy. Stay mindful, Spark friends.
How am I doing, four days into my personal challenge? It may take awhile to see a difference in how my clothes fit, but the numbers on the scale have been encouraging. I've been sleeping more. Sleep is an important part of being healthy. Exercise level has been about the same.
