Learning about motivation

I started to read a motivational story daily this week and finds it inspiring. It motivates me to keep at it and actually do better! I'm seeing results too!

from last Thursday.
I make menus for the day but now, I'll also make an exercise plan for the day. I learned that we have to set goals so it would be for me to do at least 1000 minutes of exercise this month. So I'll make it part of my daily agenda
