The month when I stick to the plan
The month when I make a plan
The month when I take control of my life over this pandemic
The plan is
1200 cals per day.
30 days no sweeties
30 days no biscuits
The pandemic blurbs tell I must not
Only shop minimum times
My friend is living with mum and me to protect her because of lowered immunity after surgery
Since we can get out for exercise
Anne and I will do a short 30 min walk, not as beneficial to cardio as if I were fit and on my own.
Then mum and I will do the same short circuit, mums slower but she can’t get her walk round the supermarket
There’s the garden to plant and keep tidy
There’s housework, spring cleaning should qualify as exercise
Biggest problem is METIME.
My separate sitting room has had to go back to a bedroom
But where there’s a will.....
We need to sit separately one in each room for an hour each afternoon
Off to plan the food
