My personal challenge for April is to weigh less by the end of the month than I weigh now. My body doesn't always lose weight according to a schedule, so I'm not telling it how much to lose in April.
Our state is in "stay-home" mode because of the virus. Stress can make us eat more. It could get messy. The challenge will help me stay mindful and on track.
Using the nutrition tracker is a long-time habit now. It's a wonderful tool that shows cause and effect of my choices. It refutes feeling with truth.
