Getting Back On Track and Exercising Again!!

I've been keeping track of my temp since we got our new thermometer, and imagine my worry when my temp started creeping up by tiny increments till it was a little over a whole point above where it normally is! But, it went back down, I think it is just my allergies. We got some local honey, and though that hasn't helped with my night time cough, I'm hoping that it will soon. Speaking of, I need to go make some tea and put some honey in it! We have two varieties, sourwood and wildflower, and I alternate which one I use, to get the best benefit. But, now people give you awful looks if you sneeze or cough out in public. Even though this is supposed to be one of the worst allergy seasons in years.
I picked a few kindle books on gastric bypass weight gain and boy have I let things slide. So I'm going to slowly start eating less and less (I've got some jellies, as they call them, coming in the mail that will help me feel full) and do what is called a pouch reset until my pouch returns to its normal size and I start losing weight. I'm going to stay away from the things I saw on the list that I thought were okay for some reason. I've stretched my pouch for sure, and now I've got to have the discipline to get it back in shape. I'll be coming up on two years this Summer, and I should have lost all the weight by now if I had been sticking to my meal plans. Well, you know what they say about should....
So, I'm making snacks a big noper, and shakes a yes. Berries, I was surprised to find, are are on the no list, because of the seeds! And here I've been putting strawberries in my chocolate shake for ages! I guess I'll use frozen bananas and ice. I use ice for my coffee shake that has espresso in it, which is a yum only when it is served like a frap, I don't like it any other way. It is a replacement for my frap, and the price swap, you can't beat!! I really like it too. I had started drinking hot coffee again and then somehow ended up putting sugar in it. So yesterday when I went on my hunt for toilet paper, I got some Stevia, the kind you can open the top and get a spoonful, or in my case, less than half of a spoon, and that is plenty sweet. I was surprised by how much I like it. But I'm cutting down to 1 cup of regular coffee, my coffee shake, and then my tea I think I'll let myself have as much as I want, but only one cup with honey, the rest with Stevia. I don't want to get too much sugar in me, no matter if it is natural or not!
My knee, I think, is recovered from the injection that I got over a week ago, so I'm going to start doing my PT exercises twice a day and walking at least 20-30 minutes while watching something or listening to a podcast. DH was going to bring the TV out of the exercise room and put it in the living room on the coffee table in front of the fireplace so the girls would have a place to play games on a larger screen without bothering him, but they are behind on schoolwork as it is, so I'm not in favor of that. Plus, I'm eventually going to run out of podcasts, I'd like to watch something every now and then, it is one of the main times I actually watch shows, when I work out. Today is so nice, I will take the little dog and girls for a walk in the neighborhood though, at least I think I will.
I've got to go to the pharmacy today or tomorrow and pick up some Benadryl. I'm tired of coughing and sneezing. That will be a short term fix, then get some Zyrtec or Claritin and hope whichever I pick actually works!
I'm getting back on track with cleaning, training my pup, making time for sewing, and getting the kids to do their chores and schoolwork. We had to have a serious discussion about that yesterday. This is not a vacation from school, this is school at home. Turn in something, even a failing grade is better than no grade at all, they need to show they are trying.
Okay, off to try to find some energy to get things done! LOL!
