Hey how are you doing with Covid 19? curious as to how your life is changed?

I am cooking more for myself. Eating too much stuff my wife buys. (cheese, and Triscuits) such is life. Doing well with exercise now that I am over the flu.

    Honestly, Joe, not much has changed for me personally because I have been seriously ill for some time with little energy reserves to do much of anything besides tending to my most basic of needs. On rare occasions I'd have a conversation with a friend, leave the house to get a cup of coffee at a local café (simply to get out of the house) or dine away from home. These non-essential trips (coffee, dining out) have been typically on the order of 0 - 2 per month going on well over a year now.

    In certain respects, I am finding myself taxed energetically far more because the extroverts in my life are going nuts and need someone to talk to. And, talking takes energy. I was so energetically spent that I slept over 12 hours last night. I realize my situation is atypical.

    I'm also finding that I am having to expend more energy in my attempts to secure food. No longer a simple trip to the grocery store with everything needed/desired available. Last week I visited several grocery stores attempting to secure eggs and was unsuccessful. There were simply no eggs to be had.

    So, energetically being taxed more because tending to my basic needs has become more challenge. But, feeling isolated? Nope. I've been isolated for a long time.

    Doing surprisingly well. We are in Florida & don't know when we can drive home to NY. the good news is we can get out and walk and get the sun. Where we live the club has take out lunch and dinner and there are lots of folks out walking so we can at least wave and smile.

    Eating is just fine - actually don't have much of an appetite. Watching the wine as that makes me more nervous. Stretching every day and practicing meditation. My partner and I are managing pretty well.
