Day one

I have let myself go for too long. I am starting my weight loss journey again. I am now taking care of my mom. She got si k and has to have 24 hour help. I will get up in the morning at a decent time. And go for a walk. I am down 30 pounds need to drop about 70 more to get under 200.

    It all begins someplace and you just started there. Sp is the way to do it.

    We want to remember it took us a few years to put our weight on and it comes off a little at a time, just like it went on. People get frustrated with it not coming off faster than we put it on. But with consistent focus on doing what we are advised to do on SP we will hit our objective. Like many things it just wont get there overnight.

    Make sure you make one of your most focused goals your water intake. Myself, when I hit plateaus its because I am not doing the water correct. I found using a reminder on my phone to be very helpful in making sure I keep on track of when to take my water
