Another quiet day. I have been reading reports of cupboards and closets being cleaned while staying home. This morning I finally got started and cleaned a couple drawers. Himself got started yesterday with his dresser. Perhaps I caught something from him.

This afternoon I took a nap.

These are exciting days. emoticon

Just woke up from my nap too---even got to sleep in past two days since hubby can't go to work. We have been doing major deep cleaning; have one room all done and carpet shampooed---now on to the next and so on. Later when life resumes as we know it, we will be glad we took the time and measures now to really clean and get rid of stuff we no longer need. It really can be productive if we look for the opportunity. Good blog again.

I've also started my spring cleaning early and taking time to de-clutter, it's crazy how much junk I can collect without realizing it (goodwill is gonna love me when I take all this stuff to them haha)

I find that this time of slow down has helped me focus on getting things done that I have put off for years. I'm making a list to do something positive everyday. I want this time to be can do instead of can't do.

A nap is a good thing too. These are trying times for all of us and I hope that all of us will come out of this ok.

    Better days are coming.

When I think about the positives of slowing down as a whole society, and Spring cleaning, I see a silver lining.

A nap is a great idea!

Now if we can do the positive things without having a big ol' global pandemic heading over our heads, we'd be making awesome progress, right? emoticon

Naps are good too. Is your yard still soggy? I walked around the yard today and saw new growth on many of the perennials. I’d love to start cleaning up, but would have to kneel on a plastic cushion or tablecloth or something. We did put out some chairs on the front and back porches, so we sit outside when it’s sunny.
    Take care,
    Gail
