Stressed Eating

I just saw something that was presented by Isabel Price and I was dumbfounded when I read it and things just began to click like crazy in my head and this is something I choose to share and here it is!!!

Oh my gosh!!!! Can you believe it? WOW!!!!

Here are a few of my suggestions to get out of that frame of mind to keep you from stress eating.

1. Brush your teeth ~ When I brush mine, I don't want to eat anything that will get them dirty again and the taste is always funky for about an hour because of the toothpaste taste in my mouth in spite of all the rinsing.

2. Call your prayer partner and pray together.

3. Just call a friend, catch up and laugh together.

4. Watch something funny on the TV or the internet.

5. Watch a movie or a youtube sermon with someone and shout at the TV screen.
