Day 7 Stat . bike 30 minutes 16 min handweights 0 beers

I did a 3# hand weights routine I created 30 years ago. I do 2 minutes solid of each of 8 exercises for a total of 16 minutes. I used to do them while on a stat bike before work. I have always had a focus on cardio and weight training. sometimes successfully some times less. I rowed in high school and college and always had old guy master oarsmen role models around to make fun of and later to secretly admire. One guy looked like a skeleton on a shell. I loved those old guys when I got older! A couple were former Olympians that I got to know.
