First week at home

Things changed a lot and so fast since the beginning of this pandemic crisis.. so of course, and for the better, the gym is closed. Now i have time, but i can't go, haha! Starting tomorrow I will be working from home, i never did so it's a lot of unknown territories but i think i'll like it a lot. The rythm suits myself a lot more than going to the office. I want to use this time to really build good habits and get back on "track" on a couple levels. I hope i can make it happen. I will need a solid strategy, some kind of plan. I'll think about it tomorrow.

    MJ is right - get dressed. Also, try to keep your routine as close to what you would be doing at work as possible. Take your same breaks at the same times. Don't forget to get up and stretch out and walk a little every hour. Sitting isn't good for us no matter where we're doing it.

    Keep to your normal work schedule would be a great place to start. We also must remember to get dressed as if we were meeting others, not staying in pj's or sweats all day. emoticon
