I refuse to be depressed during the quarantine

Alot of things are happening in this world of ours lately. Seems the coronavirus has hit our lovely shores. My state is getting hit as are other states. We had an earthquake last week too. It was a 4.5 magnitude. Some buildings in Salt Lake City were cracked. The angel on the Latter Day Saint (mormon) temple fell off along with his trumpet. My house was fine. My husband went to work as usual even with the aftershocks. And so things will be fine at the Persell house. We are taking the precautions that were recommended to us and making sure things are cleaned off and that we have plenty of healthy food (when we find it) There seems to be plenty of veggies and fruits at our store but not enough ramen or canned goods. Just a note that people should be eating the fruits and vegetables. My Planet Fitness shut down oh well! I have a stationary bike at home and an elliptical machine that I will be using. I can still walk my dog though not very far because he is old. There are lots of things that we can still be grateful for. My kids are all healthy and working still and so is the husband. I am retired from the Air Force so I stay at home. My husband works for the air force so his job is pretty secure. I just wanted to hop on here to tell everyone that we will make it through this trying time! Be safe, be happy and be healthy everyone!
