What To Do About The MUNCHIES!

We are stuck inside for the most part. We are trying to stock up on food. Food + stuck at home = Munchies! Add in high stress and it’s an equation for disaster for those of us who are emotional eaters.



Idea 1 is to prepare snack baskets for everyone in the home. They can get their healthy foods and drinks at leisure but no refilling the basket, just the cup with water.



Idea 2 is the BENTO BOX. It is a singular box you can find on Amazon with 3-5 compartments for miscellaneous healthy snacks. Some have cooler ice attachments. Great for a day or night’s allotment of healthy snacks.

Eat healthy small meals as planned. Drink plenty of water and tea to stay well.

Most of all- have a spirit of generosity right now. People are in need. Let’s all promise to leave some items on the shelves for the sick, elderly, and high risk who are in need. Let’s take what we need and leave the rest. We are not the greedy greedy piggy piggies. We are Sparkers and we light the world!
