Anxiety and boredom eating

Trying to get better about tracking food. I’ve been eating out of stress, anxiety, and boredom. Pandemic life is not easy. I reinstituted my rule of not eating after 8:00 pm/20:00. I’ve also tried to get some activity. Today was a bit of a living room dance party. So much fun!

    Stress eating is rough. I found I have to exercise when it comes to avoid it....
