Here we go again

Ok so I totally fell off the horse. I basically stopped exercising and ate horribly, all the while hating myself for every bad bite. But now I’m trying to climb back on. I think it’s time to change up my activity. I’ve been kickboxing since August and I’ve loved it and it’s loved me but I find myself bored and burnt out. So now I’m going back to my other love. Belly dance. Oh how I’ve missed you. When I started back today it was like stepping back home. I felt comfortable and fluid. Yay. Also I’m adapting my “diet” back into treating my body as a temple. Treat it the way that it needs to be treat it and respect it. My body has been relatively good to me I need to stay good to her. Here’s to more frequent updates. Blessings to all, ME
