Beck Diet Solution Day 13 Overcome Cravings

That quote " The best way to overcome cravings is to stop giving in to them." says it all.

Days 11, 12 and 13 have helped me focus on my timings of when and what I am eating. Yesterday, I am so glad I did my little notes to self about this day before I went shopping. I found myself in the candy aisle and instead of wondering what to buy, I told myself, "That's not food," and gave myself NO CHOICE and moved on. (I distanced myself from the trigger)

Things seem to clicking for me this time around, I hope I can keep the momentum going.
