Today's workout song is Popular Monster by Falling in Reverse. Today is Day 2 of tracking my caloric intake. Weigh-in was 239 (goal of 225). I'm including a pic. I'll take another on 4/1.
I've always done great with my gym routine. Eating correctly, or the failure to do so, has caused my body fat % to jump around. I've been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, major depression, and OCD. The mood swings resulting from bpd are my main hurdle. Binge eating when those hit is not uncommon. Thankfully, OCD works in my favor for the workouts. Silver lining.
