Little Rewards Lead to Big Rewards

I have a hock on my door and I have been putting little rewards hanging there for me to see and aim to win.
I am fasting and aim for doing three days a week. If I do two I earn the reward on the door. If I do all three days I win a big reward.
My little two day reward was a pair of socks with four leaf clovers on them. I did two days of fasting Sunday and Monday. I am wearing the socks this Tuesday. They look very cute on my feet.
My big reward this week is a trip to the 99¢ store to spend $20 on me. I am not to buy food or household goods.
While at the dollar store I am going to get some nail polish. My two day reward will be to have our caretaker paint my nails. My three day reward will be to get a new color from the drug store.
I am two thirds of the way to winning my big reward for this week. I just have to make it through Wednesday. I have my meals and snack planned. I am having Lean Cuisine for both launch and dinner and a Greek yogurt for dessert. I am having an apple for snack.
With my meals planned I know I do not have to just grab and eat. I bought a really pretty place mat to eat my meals on. I am taking the Lean Cuisine out of it's container and eating on a plate. I am taking baby bites and putting my fork down. I am drinking my ice water between bites. This way my meal will take longer and I will give my body time to tell me it is full. I will not eat a bite after full.
With these little and big rewards I will gain the reward I really have been aiming for to wear a smaller size jeans. I can do it.
