Working out with the trainer at Planet Fitness

Today I worked out with a trainer. He gave me a design your own program class. I am excited to be assigned a workout. In a couple of weeks we will see if it needs to be changed up. My favorite was the special sit ups he had me do and the workouts with the free weights. I did forty minutes of the rowing machine before we did any workouts. I hope to shake things up a bit from my regular workouts!
