    I hear you there are challenges here at Spark people to help you train for the running. One is for 30 days of walking. One is a 30 day of walking/ jogging train. Then there is one of beginning runners

    I'm doing the Couch 2 5k program for the second time in life. Build up slowly, keep at it, you'll get there!
