First series of screw-ups.

First, it's really hard not to swear on here! I curse like a sailor but I'm trying to refrain from such speech on here. I typed something other than "screw" on my title at first! Whoops!


I'ave had a rough couple of days, mostly in the evenings, of eating pure crap. Cake at work, snacks at home, etc. We don't buy things like cookies or cakes at home, but when I'm really craving it I find a way to concoct something unhealthy and eat too much of it.

Like on Tuesday, I was having an OK day. I went home, had a good dinner, had a Belvita for dessert... then next thing I know, I want cheese. So I grab a few string cheeses (not just one...) and eat them. Then I want something sweet, so I grab some peanut butter and put some in a bowl with chocolate chips on top, and just eat it all with a spoon. Ugh.

I did something similar on Wednesday and on Thursday. I stepped on the scale this morning for a sneak-peek, and luckily I was still around the weight I was on Sunday during my weigh-in. I need to get better at this self-control thing though! Aaah.

Onwards and upwards...!

    It's frustrating - and it takes a lot of discipline. And then, one day, it's second nature to not have these moments, or to find something else to eat. (I like nonfat yogurt with stevia and some cocoa powder mixed in - tastes like chocolate yogurt, but it's good for you!)
