Goals - Yay!

Okay, so my last entry was about my weight loss goals, and how I am planning to manage my program. I'm very happy to say that since Jan 1, I've lost 12 lbs. Our vacation had its own issues, but I came back with a loss.
I am completely on target except I need to work more on climbing stairs.
I log all my food intake, and my exercise time here in SparkPeople. It keeps me on track.
My next goal is to reach 190 or lower by April 1st. During that time, I will have two challenges: my birthday, and meeting up with my girlfriend in Las Vegas. She is very much a cheerleader for my efforts. So I know we will share meals and keep eating in line.
Now, to keep the partying in line. I can do this IF I call the shots and require the venues to offer healthy options. I'll let y'all know how that goes.
Followup Mar 19: Well, Covid19 cancelled the Las Vegas adventure. Now I'm sheltering-in for the duration. The weather improved and I went outside to work in the yard and go for a walk. The county regulations have closed all bars. Restaurants can provide only takeout. So my evening glass of wine is at home - less cost, and less volume, and I can't go out in the afternoon for coffee & snack. This is a good thing!
