My goals last month didn't go so well in the being.stress eating, not working out, pouring myself last. At the end of the month I at least tracked1 issue. The eating thing. I quit eating desserts for the most part at work. There is a dessert served after each meal.I started serving them and then clearing the table and I feel good about that.

For the month of March I plan to continue this trend, and start working on working out and when I'm tired and falling asleep in my chair instead of getting something to eat I'm going too go to bed no matter what the time.

I know I'm going on vacation the week of people 25th to April 1st and although I'll probably get some walking in i know there Erik be some yummy foods in but i don't plan on going over board.
