March 2020 goals

Hi all, I am brand new to Spark and have created my March 2020 goals.
I want to start Planet Fitness starting April 3rd, 2020. My actual goal is to get physically prepared to join and be able to use their machines.. Right now I am walking 2 or 3 times a week I would like to increase my days for walking and start to work on my strength exercises, I will use dumbbells.
