5% Winter Challenge day 4 of blogging

Hi everyone,
Today my exercise is completed earlier in the day. I sometimes wonder what i should be reporting as exercise. All movement or what in my mind is exercise like: walking, running, yoga, lifting weights or does it include getting up and moving?
This challenge gives one point for every exercise minute, up to 120 minutes per day. So for this challenge, for me it has to be genuine physical exercise minutes. Not always as easy as it sounds.
I will say it is self rewarding and exhilarating when you get it done. It's ok to break it up throughout the day or do it all at once. It all counts and your body is soaking it up. Standing or chair exercises, it counts! Is it hard, sometimes. Is it helping, oh yes! Now to stay focused and reach for that star๐ that has my name on it. Let's do our best today ....whatever the amount!

NEE (no evening eating) I am having a late dinner with my son, so hoping the nibble attack is crushed for this evening!
