Listening to my body

Today everything was working out as planned. A higher than normal physical activity at the job (logged over 5 miles versus the normal 1.5 miles), with lots of lifting involved. I made it to the gym excited that I would be participating in 2 classes that I love. After the first class.the body says nope you made it through one, time to cool off. I will get there the stamina is building I can tell because the 5 miles with lifting would have previously taking a nap at lunch, but I survived with out a nap. I will take my victory in improved stamina. I know that my stamina will continue to improve and am looking forward to it.
