Went to The Edmonton Junior C Ice King's first game of the playoffs last night.  Mac's team did pretty well.  The lost buy a goal but it was so close. Getting home at 11pm meant for a very long day for me. Getting up at 5am and almost seeing midnight... I just can't do too many of those days anymore.

Today's fitness challenge to to find time for a 10 minute of activity.  This should be easy, but in truth it will be hard.  Then I listened to a video talking about adding more movement into my day.  Adding a few extra steps in all day, walk while on the phone.   I find it funny how these things work this way. Something is suggested in one challenge then is backed up in another place.
