While on the arm elipical, a lady next to my mother asked for help on the elipical.uothrt said, my daughter is good at this stuff, she will help you. So I got her all set up, went back to my arm elipical. No more get my playlist on and ready to roll. My mother said, there is a man over there that needs help with a machine. Can you help him. This went on for the next 15 minutes. By this time I was getting a little perturbed. All I wanted to do is ecercise my arms and.get my steps in. I finally gave up on my arm exercise. I went on an elipical exercising all my muscles. After getting settled on the elliptical, a staff member pokes me on the shoulder. I took my Bluetooth off, to hear her. She and other staff members came and thanked me for helping my fellow members. I acknowledged their thanks, and came off with a different attitude. We are all here to become physically fit in an nonjudgmental atmosphere. People had to help me when I was learning these machines. I love the Y concept, and worked in four different YMCAs throughout the Midwest and New England. Not because it was a job, because I believe in their mission. And I am very glad that I got a rude reminder today.
