I did get to the Gold's class early! It went well. used 3# hand weights. Modest advances sustained over time equals physiological improvement sustained over time.

I tried the Carrom balance board at home and my feet (especially my left foot) were really on fire. I didn't make 5 minutes and had a misque that made me start over at the outset.

Met Tom G after a political meeting and shared a couple of beers.

I was surprised at the weight I thought it would have increased and it decreased. I didi have a huge salad for lunch and finished it late at night as dinner. Still on track to make the February weight goal.
