Self assessment and just an update

I am still hanging in here. I have stayed in my calorie range since January 1 with the exception of one day where I was over by 500 calories...I made up for it by reducing net calories the rest of the week. No weigh in results on Friday as it was a snow day and the scale I use is in the nurse's office at school. I have been downing significant amounts of water after my morning cup of coffee. I suppose starting in March my goal will be to add in exercise. I am anxious to see what my last official weigh in of February is on Friday. I am hoping my body allowed me to stay under 220 and maybe even gave up a little more. I am in the place where I need to make healthier choices in my calorie range. I know in my heart 1350 calories filled with girl scout cookies, cheese, and Doritos is not the same as 1350 calories filled with non processed, high fiber foods which can also be delicious. So here is to the last week of February, continuing on this journey to better health. How are you doing with your 2020 resolutions?
