Little by little

Good morning friends. Yesterday's workout at #cko with Ray the new guy was awesome.. He's super intense and I really worked up a sweat.. I could feel the stress leaving my body and felt a rush of energy which helped me to tackle a good portion of decluttering and reassembling my house.
For breakfast I made a chocolate protein waffle with local honey, almonds and blueberries sprinkled with cardamom.. It was delicious.
As I washed and dusted and rearranged I had the tv on in the background and all of a sudden I got a reminder Yankee game is on would you like to change the channel.. ah signs of spring.. Lunch was celery and turkey light swiss rolls ups.. snack was peanut butter and an apple.
I made mini chicken pot pies from the leftover dough and that was dinner. And evening snack was black bean hummus and some triscuits.
Today is church, a long run, a pot of sauce with meatballs and sausage and more rearranging. Hubby is finishing putting together the bookshelf he started yesterday and will tackle my desk. Not going to be fun.. about 4 hours of labor involved..
After seeing how much work is involved, we've opted to pay for the assembly for the lift top coffee table I ordered to finish up the furniture purchase.. so worth every penny.
