Sad news. My relationship with whiskey is on the rocks.
I'm not a drinker, but this struck me as funny anyway.
I stayed home today. I'm several pounds lighter than yesterday, and feeling quite weak.
Been forcing liquids as I feel dehydrated, so in a sense, I'm hitting the bottle and hitting it hard.
A sweet lady from church called me this morning, just because I was on her heart.
Isn't God good!!! She prayed with me, and it turns out she had gallbladder surgery a couple of years ago. She said the way my body was acting was exactly what hers did when she discovered what her trigger foods were. Now she knows what to avoid. Joy upon joys, I can look forward to this happening again.
Problem being, what I ate for supper before church Wednesday, the tea I had that evening, the tea I had Thursday morning, and a nibble of 2 different candies were all things I had for the first time since surgery, so I don't know which is the culprit.
I have no fever, and no other symptoms. Doc says we'll talk about it at my appt. on Tuesday, and in the meantime, not to introduce any more new foods. I can live with that. We had planned on trying a new restaurant this weekend, but it will have to wait. Hubby is going to bring dinner home with him after work, so I don't have to worry about trying to cook anything today. He is such a sweetie.
And now for a nap...
