Off to a Good Start

Before I came back to SparkPeople I had tried Noom for 2-weeks and did everything exactly like they told me to with a one-pound loss. Needless to say I cancelled before paying because I realized this was not the diet plan for me.
I remembered the success that I had on SparkPeople before just watching what I eat within a certain calorie range and that is when I decided to come back.
Why do I like SparkPeople? Because I can eat what I want when I want I just have to log my food, watch portions and stay within my calorie range. On Noom I was extremely stressed trying to do everything they required, but yesterday was a breeze. I ate what I wanted, logged my food, got my steps in and was down almost two pounds. I call that a successful start to my renewed weightloss journey.
