Hump day! I have been in my calorie range, hit step goal, and drank a gallon of water for the last 3 days! I am going to keep attempting to make all 3 of these targets for the next 90 days! I think that just focusing on these 3 things and not overwhelming myself is going to get me back on track for where I want to be.

I also have to thank all of you for your comments on my blog Monday! You all helped me to see this in a different light which is pushing me to get past this.

Charleston and I went to the dog park today and he had an awesome time playing until he and another dog got into a fight. There were biting and a lot of noise-making but thankfully both dogs are completely fine! It was not the fault of just one dog but both boys had been running and playing hard and I think they may have just been tired which lead to the quick fall of mood. I feel like people forget that dogs tend to be just like a 3-year-old when it is nap time, all hell breaks loose. We still went to the park and did a quick hike after we made it home from the dog park and I was able to really check him over to make sure there weren't any booboos.

    You sound very positive. Too bad about the dogs but sometimes that's how they communicate. I hope Charleston doesn't become fearful of other dogs.

    Glad to hear that things are going better. It's good to narrow your focus and just make some simple changes to get back on track instead of trying to do everything at once. Glad to hear that Charleston is okay!
