DAY FOUR - BACK TO MAINTENANCE WEIGHT- YAY

Wednesday, February 19, 2020

Well I am back to my intitial maintenance goal of 165. I know it's all water weight. I lost 3 pounds in four days. However, it still feels good to be back in the game. I am on my way to my final goal of 155.

EXERCISE
I started the Lumowell 30 day challenge over again and I will be doing the second day after I finish this blog.

BACK TO THE BEGINNING
I am going back to what helped me lose 145 pounds.
-I am doing intermittent fasting 8/16 and one day of liquid fasting a week.
-Once a week I give myself permission to eat what I want, without counting calories. So, the one day of liquid fasting.
-I am only concentrating on 2 pounds at a time.
-I am staying within the range of 1200 to 1500 calories a day for six days.
-I am buying clothes the next size down at the thrift store to help me visualize my goal (prayer and trusting God)
-I am seeing myself at my goal (prayer and trusting God)
-NEW- I am exercising everyday for at least 10 minutes
I NOW ONLY HAVE 10 MORE POUNDS TO GET TO MY NEW GOAL--YESSSS!

OTHER CHANGES
I am going to start working on letting go of the coffee. That means I'll be drinking tea all day. It's a step down process. It's the way I get off of coffee. I am highly addicted. So, the tea helps me to wean. Then it's easy for me to start herbals and cut the caffeine out of my life.

WHEN DO I EXPECT TO ARRIVE
According to the goal setter. I should arrive at my goal on April 20, 2020. That would be 3 years from my start date. Happy weightlossaversary to me.

Thank you Lord for helping me to get back on track.
