Lost another pound finally 😃 I’m going to redo my measurements Friday just to see but feel like waist is smaller too again. I tried overnight oats because so sick of eggs/egg whites. I did half cup of oats and 1 cup coconut milk (which has NO taste of coconut btw), 1 tsp cinnamon and vanilla and then a little bit of stevia. Stir and put in fridge. This morning I tried cold but yuck so heated in microwave and then it is quite good! Excited to have found another breakfast item that is filling and low calorie still.
