Meal plan for the week

As a challenge for the BLC group, I need to plan my meals. Here's my first attempt at planning for an entire week.
Week starting Friday 2/14 to Thursday 2/20.
bourbon chicken (recipe on SP), asparagus, egg noodles for son, cucumber salad for me & hubby.
Saturday dinner -
tacos- beef & turkey meat, shells for DH & DS, lettuce, cheese, greek yogurt
adding well used emojis for future posts
Sunday dinner -
Chuck roast - look up a crock pot recipe before then, and remove meat from freezer. Sides: broccoli, mashed potatoes for DH, berry salad.
Monday dinner -
hockey night. Chicken Quesadillas with green beans
Tuesday Dinner -
Stir Fry with broccoli, beef. White rice for DS & DH and riced cauliflower for me. Cucumber Avocado salad.
Wednesday Dinner -
hockey night, Salmon, black beans & rice, broccoli, and strawberries
Thursday Dinner -
hockey night- Chicken parmesan (unbreaded chicken breasts) and place over cauliflower rice or noodles for DS & DH. Add a dinner salad and apples for DS.
