Have you had an InBody test done?
My gym recently started doing these so I thought I'd jump in and have one done. It's very interesting and it tells you your body weight, fat, muscle mass, visceral fat level and the amount of calories you should eat.
My test shows that I need to consume 1590 (okay 1591 if you want to be exact with that number) carories per day. I didn't think to ask at the time but is that to maintain? Because SparkPeople and MFP both set mine to less (1200). Is the 1200 to lose weight and the 1590 to maintain? or am I undereating when I aim for 1200?
