A little something sweet..

Good Morning Valentines! The sun is peaking through the clouds today and appears it is going to be the star of the day.. but temps are dropping.. high today is only 32 around 2pm then it's going down, down, down..

So yesterday was a rest day, I didn't get 10K steps barely 2.5 miles and you know what.. it didn't freak me out either.. sometimes on rests days if I don't hit 10k it still make me crazy but I digress.. Choir practice was fun last night.. we have a great group of people, and I love my choir director .. he is always so genuinely happy to see me when I am able to be there..

Got in an awesome workout this am at #cko wearing my new workout top I bought myself Wednesday. Don't give up! Glove up!

I decided that I am going to fill my day with amazing flavors and celebrate all day.. Love my hubby and he is my valentine, but I have lots of valentine's - including myself.. so I'm gonna show me some love too..

Today no matter what happens, I'm gonna just try to feel the love and spread the love and love what I eat and listen to love songs .. and.. well you get the point..

So breakfast will be "cheesecake".. fat free greek yogurt, light cream cheese, sugar free jello mix, sprinkled with a bit of low fat honey graham crackers baked then topped with fresh strawberries. Lunch hasn't come to me yet, but it will be something small to leave room for a fabulous dinner which will be filet mignon ocsar and for dessert, chocolate lava cake with peanut butter carb smart ice cream..

Now I am going to sip my chocolate, coconut chai, french press latte and take a few more minutes of me time before I face the rest of the day!
