Day 4- Easy to follow exercises

I found some images with easy to follow exercises I can do daily that help me. Last time I did great following post partum abs workout and this plank challenge. I am adding in exercises for arms with a resistance band. (My wedding dress is sleeveless) I also got an app on my phone for yoga in the mornings. I got on my exercise ball today and got over 8000 steps today. I've been averaging around 2-3k which is awful. We have a camera in our living room that my mom uses to check on the baby from her house next door and she had some screenshots from his therapy session today and I look absolutely terrible. How I allowed myself to get this big I dont know. I have four months to get in decent shape for the wedding and I am going to work on it every single day.
