Weekly Challenge: Drink 8 glasses ( 8 oz)of water a day

I have read my blog's from 2017, and was reminded of what I was doing to help stay focused, I liked the way I had done my Blog back then & Have a copy of it in my Happy Planner to remind myself what to chart each time.. repeation is one of the keys.. the more often you do it. I will be using my Happy Planner as well, to help keep track as well, so on days i do not write a blog I can update accurately .. refocusing will begin......NOW

Read Bible Daily

Short term Goal:

Track food intake > 2 weeks
Track Water intake > 2 weeks
Work on Household Budget
Loose 3 lbs > 1 month
I am Still working on it, & will continue to re-arrange it as I need to for what works for me. . I will be weighing in daily for a spark team, but will record here only when I blog...

Long term Goals:

Healthier eating habits
Healthier mind set
Less financial stress

I want to set a time limit & I don't want to set time limit.. I'm not sure if that makes any sense.
I guess the reality is ...I do not want any undo stress, or disappointment if I do not reach those long term goals on time.. ..
alright then here we go..
