215.0 9/10 streak BZ gym yesterday and home finish 0 beers 11/40 beers

Almost at 10 day streak of exercising at the gym or doing 10K steps. Will be good to get that goal acomplished tomorrow, and keep going.
Slow progress is better than no progress. Doing well with the beer this month. Look forward to achieving that goal. on track in spite of a 4 beer day when I had a dead battery.
I am enjoying going to the SS classes and it makes it easier to stay on track when you like the people and kind of look forward to the classes.
Down 2.5 pounds from last week's high point.
