Sorry to be unusually negative here. But I need to be honest with myself and also commit to doing better.
Blew the whole food plan, I really did! I overdid it this weekend.
Accountability means something to me.

Mini tacos from Jack in the Box
fried food from a Cajun restaurant
Greek food (not the healthy kind) dolmas, falafel, spanikopida and baklava (not sure on spelling)
Proseco wine (2)
3 egg rolls and sweet and sour sauce
Frosted cupcakes (2)
Most of a box of junior mints at the movies
I am not sure what got into me! I failed to plan and guess what? I failed. Period. No excuses!
I only exercised 30 min on Saturday. I didn't drink water either. Barely 28 ounces yesterday.
Now I feel icky, sluggish and my whole body hurts. I even have sinus and allergy issues!
Now for the positive.
This stops here and right now.
I have healthy snacks and my water bottle is filled and right next to my computer.
I got up and took a quick walk this morning. I was also on time for work.
I have a healthy lunch and dinner plan.
I will take a walk again downtown on my lunch break. I need to pick up my meds 4 blocks away.
Get to bed on time by 10 PM.
Get on the bike and meditate when I get home.
Turning this boat around.
