Today has been 1 month on this journey. Feeling so good about myself. I have been held accountable about going to the gym by 2 awesome friends , that call daily to go to the gym. Tomorrow we start a water areobics class , it will be 45 minutes twice a week. Really looking forward to it !!!!! Still plan on doing curcuit training on those nights too. So today i stepped on the scale and I met my 1st months goal...i lost 15 lbs...hit it right on the head, would of liked to see more ...but 15 lbs is awesome!!!! I did not measure when i started, but i did measure last week, and i am down 6 inches on my total measurements...2 inches off my stomach!!!!! Gotta keep doimg those crunches 😁😩 I am so happy with myself, and my biggest fan has been cheering me all along...and always telling me how proud he is of me. Life is going great...no one can stop me now ☺ My 2nd month goal Weight loss : 10 lbs Inches lost : 15 inches
