My weekly goals:
1. Jog outdoors 3 times.
2. Run/jog on the treadmill once.
3. Swim, row, or bike for cross training once.
(3.94 mi. in the sunshine)
4. Do Essentrics/Classical stretch videos at least twice.
5. Log in daily to report fitness miles and LTGL points.
7 out of 7 days.
6. Weekly Steps: 82,477 I increased my step count by walking instead of rowing, but I don't think I burned as many calories.
