Starting over

I weighted 174 tomorrow we be one week back on track .i did walking 3 times this week 35mins ,45mins.1 hour .i worked out 25 mins twice with Leslie walk away the pounds..i did about 25 min floor exercise. I stayed on track with food .Yeah for me .I did not have one diet soda this week the was a goal .I can't wait to weigh in morning .Thanks everyone for the support..
